Returns and Refunds Policy

We appreciate your trust in Web Conference Solutions. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns and Voluntary Cancellations

All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

In limited cases, we may allow cancellations before shipment if requested in writing. Authorized cancellations will be subject to a cancellation and restocking fee of 25% of the order amount. If an order is returned, whether authorized or unauthorized, a restocking fee of 25% of the product cost will apply. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Any additional shipping expenses incurred during the return process will also be deducted from any refund.

Returns of non-defective items are not accepted once the product has shipped.

Defective Products

Only defective products are eligible for return. Items returned due to defects will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. No monetary refunds will be issued.

To initiate a return, customers must contact us within 10 calendar days of receiving the item and obtain prior authorization. Returns made without prior approval will not be accepted.

Authorized returns will be inspected and repaired, replaced, or rejected within 30 days of receipt. If the item is physically damaged by the customer or is missing components that were included when originally shipped, the return will be rejected and sent back.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are not defective
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Discounted, discontinued, and bundled items
  • Items physically damaged by the customer or missing parts

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return postage, tracking, and insurance. We are not liable for merchandise lost or damaged in transit to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked courier service with insurance for all returns.

How to Request a Return for a Defective Product

To request a return for a defective product, please contact us at webconferencesolutions@gmail.com within 10 calendar days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video showing the defect (if applicable). Returns without prior written authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Address

If your return is approved, we will provide the return shipping address in the authorization email. Please do not send any items back without prior approval, as unauthorized packages will be refused.

Manufacturer Warranties

Some products may include a manufacturer’s warranty. In such cases, support or replacement under warranty must be handled directly through the manufacturer. Web Conference Solutions does not administer or service manufacturer warranties. Please check the product packaging or documentation for warranty details and contact information.
